SGFIN had the pleasure of hosting an informative session for a group of Tsinghua University students led by Prof Liu Qing.

Associate Professor Zhang Weina, Deputy Director of SGFIN welcomed the visitors and introduced SGFIN and its key initiatives in research and education. After she provided a succinct overview of the field of Sustainable Finance, students raised many questions to understand some of the financial innovations and products in the sustainability field.

Faith Yong, the Head of Admissions for MSc programs from NUS Business School presented a diverse range of comprehensive MSc programs offered by the Business School. Many of the programmes contained different components of experiential learning, exposing students with real-world learning experiences.

One of the highlights is the capstone project conducted by MSc SGF students in collaboration with CGS International. The topic was on the renewable energy supply from ASEAN countries. The senior research fellow Dr. David Broadstock from SGFIN was the supervisor for the project, and he presented his students work to the visitors.
