About SGFIN Summit 2026

The SGFIN Sustainability Summit 2026 convenes leading academics, policymakers, and industry practitioners from across the region to tackle pressing challenges at the nexus of sustainability and finance. This year’s Summit, themed "Physical Risk and Natural Capital: Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainable Finance", will focus on understanding physical climate risk and valuing natural capital, while also exploring risk transmission channels and opportunities for financial innovation. The summit will also examine policy, regulation, and global coordination, highlighting innovative approaches that integrate nature and resilience into financial decision-making.

SANDRA SEAH

Sandra is a corporate lawyer who practises energy laws. She is the external counsel to a large number of regulators including Energy Market Authority of Singapore, Maritime Port Authority and Ministry of Manpower. Her portfolio involves large scale utility projects, regulatory and commercial contracts, public procurement, built to suit and sustainable investments in the region.

She has extensive experience in energy regulation, power generation, power purchase, microgrids, energy storage, energy management and infrastructure projects. Sandra is the lead coordinator for a large number of innovative public projects in Singapore, including the recent pre-feed study on ammonia for power generation and bunkering, the Sembcorp ESS which is Southeast Asia's largest ESS, grant call for carbon capture, Pulau Ubin Microgrid and power imports.

She is one of the Co-Heads of Bird & Bird's Global Energy Sector group. She serves on the Board/Council of a number of industry associations such as SEAS, HFCAS, GCNS and WMRAS.
